Overview

This training provides foundational knowledge and practical tools to help you navigate the regulatory requirements for reproductive toxicity under REACH and CLP. You will gain a solid understanding of the core scientific principles of reproductive toxicity, including how adverse effects can appear across different life stages. The course offers hands-on guidance for working with toxicity data – helping you recognise when additional testing may be needed and what to consider during data evaluation.

A dedicated section explains the purpose and design of the Extended One-Generation Reproductive Toxicity Study (EOGRTS) and shows you how to interpret its results in relation to key endpoints and effects.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand core concepts, key endpoints, and regulatory guidance for reproductive toxicity
  • Learn how to apply CLP and REACH requirements
  • Gain practical insights into data assessment and triggers for further testing
