During this online training, you will receive an introduction to EU MRLs, covering residue data requirements, toxicological reference values and the calculation of MRLs. An overview of the EU MRL legislation, the application process in the EU as well as a comparison with the UK will be given.
Maximum residue limits (MRLs) are the principal method of controlling and monitoring the use of plant protection products in the EU. During this online training course, you will receive an introduction to EU MRLs, covering a brief description of the residue data requirements, an introduction to the toxicological reference values and the calculation of MRLs. An overview of the EU MRL legislation and the application process will be given. An introduction to GB MRLs will cover the similarities and differences with the EU process.

Hannah Bayley holds a BMedSci Medical science honours degree from Oxford Brookes University. Following her studies, she acquired experience in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic study coordination for a leading CRO where her role included the planning and reporting of multidisciplinary projects including in-vivo metabolism, pharmacokinetic, absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) and quantitative whole-body autoradiography (QWBA) studies. Her experience also encompasses quantitative data analysis and interpretation.
