European Wax Federation (EWF), Belgium

Dirk F. Danneels was retired in 2015 and spent most of his career in the chemical industry, the last 25 years with the Honeywell’s “Performance Materials and Technologies” business. Since 2006 he has been leading globally all Honeywell’s REACH related activities. In 2009 he took on the role of Secretary General for the European Wax Federation.

Konrad Grob is partially retired scientific consultant at the Official Food Control Authority of the Canton of Zurich and expert in risk assessment at the CEP Panel of EFSA and in the Bedarfsgegenständekommission of the German BfR.

Mette Holm is a Biologist and has been working in the Danish Veterinary and Food Administra¬tion since 2006. She is a Senior Scientific Adviser and has been working with chemical substances in food since 2010, especially migration from FCM.


Harald Kaeb

narocon InnovationConsulting, Germany

Harald Kaeb is a Chemist and Founder and Owner of narocon InnovationConsulting focused on biobased chemistry and plastics. From 1999 to 2009 he had chaired the Board of the European Bioplastics Industry Association.


Edward Kosior

Nextek, UK

Edward Kosior has been active as an innovator in polymer technology for the past 40 years both within universities, recycling enterprises and as Founder and Managing Director of Nextek. He is an Honorary Professor at Brunel University London. He has been active in developing effective technical solutions for the recycling of post-consumer polymers especially back to food grade applications as well as designing full scale recycling operations.


Oliver Kunder

Ostfriesische Tee Gesellschaft, Germany

Oliver Kunder a Food Chemist and has been working as the Head of Quality Assurance and Food Law at the Ostfriesische Tee Gesellschaft since 2013. His main focus is on risk assessment and management, supplier and process auditing as well as food law. He is a member of national and European Trade Associations.


Susanne Kühn

Institut Kirchhoff Berlin, Germany

Susanne Kühn is a Chemist and was Scientific Assistant at the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM). Since 2017 she has been working as Laboratory Manager at the Institut Kirchhoff Berlin. Her field of expertise is the contaminants analysis in food stuffs, especially of mineral oil hydrocarbons.

Representatives of an authority or a public university are therefore eligible for a reduced fee of € 795.00 plus VAT per person (please provide evidence). The reduced fee cannot be combined with other rebates.

Group reductions

For joint bookings received from one company we grant a 15 % discount from the third participant onwards (it doesn’t apply for representatives of an authority or a public university).
