Your Registration

For our face-to-face events written cancellations or transfers to other events will be accepted free of charge up to four weeks prior to the start of the event. After this date and up to a week prior to the start of the event, we shall reimburse 50 % of the registration fee. We cannot, unfortunately, provide refunds for later cancellations or no shows. Please note that you can name a substitute free of charge at any time.
As part of our Corona flexibility guarantee, you can also rebook all face-to-face events booked with us for 2020 to another date of your choice (also in 2021) at short notice and at no additional cost. For our online events, you can cancel your registration in writing up to 1 week before the start of the event free of charge and without giving reasons. In the event of later cancellations and failure to log in to the online event, no participation fees can be reimbursed.
In this case, however, you will receive access to the event documentation from us after the event.
