Before the conference routine hits us head-on again in September we decided to grab a quick break. The wonderful weather drew us to Wetter (German for "weather" – believe it or not the real name of the place).
Up the Harkort hill, to the high-wire adventure course.
After initial material tests and keenly paying attention to the safety instructions…
… we ventured our first few cautious steps along the kid’s course.
And once we discovered that the safety harnesses really were secure there was no stopping us.
At last we had made it to the end of course 8 – which was the most difficult.
Our minor injuries were treated quickly – thanks to Anna who had her first-aid kit with her . . .
